Monaco. In the National Council elections held in February, the Alliance, Horizon Monaco, won a major victory with just over half of the vote, giving 20 of 24 seats in the Legislative Assembly. Union Monaco, led by incumbent Speaker Jean-François Robillon, took three seats.
According to Countryaah, one place went to the newly formed Renaissance List, a group consisting of employees of the Principality of the Principal Employer, SBM, with major interests in the gaming, entertainment and tourism industries. Horizon Monaco’s leader Laurent Nouvion was elected new president.
